TIP: If you don’t know how to edit the header and the footer using a graphic program, you can simply use your webpage editor and set the header and footer as a “background” where its cells are. So instead of inserting them as an “image”, set them as a “background”. This way, a graphic tool isn’t necessary and all you need to do is type over the header and footer. “Impact” font always works well.
